As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at TrustSeal Attestation. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The refund is subject to service stage / work completed / third-party costs. Once the service is availed there is no refund.

Refunds
We at TrustSeal Attestation commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our services and commitments.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the service(s) that you choose, or may face some issues and quality checks. In such cases, we may have to cancel your service requests. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily. If you have availed our services “payments made directly to TrustSeal Attestation through agreed modes”, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the documents. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that TrustSeal Attestation is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchased service. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Service-Based Refund Policy
Refunds for services provided by TrustSeal Attestation are subject to the stage of processing at which the request stands. Once a service request has been initiated, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If the request is cancelled prior to the commencement of processing, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative charges. However, once the processing of documents has begun, or the documents have been submitted to any third-party authority, vendor, or service provider, only partial refunds (if any) may be applicable, depending on the extent of work already completed and costs incurred.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges incurred during the course of service delivery are strictly non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:
Fees paid to government authorities
Embassy or consulate charges
Courier and logistics charges
Charges paid to third-party vendors or service providers
Such costs are external and non-recoverable in nature, and therefore will not be refunded under any circumstances once incurred.
No Guarantee / Refund on Rejection
TrustSeal Attestation acts solely as a facilitator for document attestation, translation, and related services. The final decision regarding approval, acceptance, or rejection of any document rests entirely with the respective authorities, including government departments, embassies, consulates, or other relevant agencies.
In the event of rejection, delay, or non-acceptance of documents by any such authority, no refunds shall be provided for the services rendered, including any fees already incurred during the process.
Shipping
TrustSeal Attestation is not responsible for courier/document handling charges that are non-refundable. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
